Tender description
The Service is one of the clinically based Interventions included within the Integrated Weight Management Service. One Service Provider will be appointed for the provision of the Service. The Service Provider will be the lead clinician for the Integrated Weight Management Service and work closely with the Wakefield Council Complex Case Manager, Case Management Team and other clinicians within the MDT to ensure Complex Service Users receive the most effective treatment.
