Provision of night time care and support services for Bristol City Council, delivered to people over 18 years old in their own home between the hours of 22:00 and 7:00. Lot 1 - Provision of night time care and support services for Zones 1, 2 and 3, as described in the commissioning plan. Lot 2 - Provision of night time care and support services for Zones 4, 5, 6 and 7 as described in the commissioning plan. Lot 3 - Provision of night time care and support services for Zones 8, 9, 10 and 11 as described in the commissioning plan. Contract period till 31st July 2020 with option to extend for a further 5 years till 31st July 2015 made up of 5 1 year extensions. Contract value relates to maximum value if all extensions exercised.
