erdf funded project ENTERPRISE ACTION is a three-year project designed to support local entrepreneurs to start up their own businesses across a wide geographical area that includes the Black Country and the Marches LEP areas of the West Midlands. The programme will additionally target potential higher growth businesses of less than 2 years old, which will benefit from targeted fast track support and financial assistance to achieve product commercialisation. The requirements of Enterprise Action can be apportioned into 3 lots: Lot 1 – Delivery of 2 day business assists This lot will be awarded to a maximum of 10 suppliers, where individual requirements will be subject to call off via a mini competition. Lot 2 – Delivery of business development workshops This lot will be awarded to a maximum of 10 suppliers. Individual requirements will be awarded subject to award rankings in the relevant specialism area. Lot 3 – Delivery of business development consultancy for high growth SMEs This lot will be awarded to a maximum of 10 suppliers, where individual requirements will be subject to call off via a mini competition.
