Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to establish a suitable contractor/s to work alongside our internal Development Team and Repairs Team to manufacture and supply a range of replacement windows and glazing units as and when required. This contract will particularly suit SME Contractors. The contract requires options to include surveys and installation as well as the manufacture of windows to the Group and to its framework contractors and supply partners. For clarity, Group partners in this tender are Futures Homescape Limited (FHL), Futures Homeway Limited (FHW) Limehouse Developments Ltd, any other FHG group company and its supply partners. Options to be fulfilled from this contract: To manufacture uPVC windows and provide on a supply only basis. To manufacture uPVC windows and provide on a supply and fit basis. To supply single and double glazed units with the option to install as well.
