Tender description

Smestow School Fully Managed IT Support Services. The School has awarded this contract for qualified and experienced full-time technicians to be on-site for a minimum of 50 weeks per year between 8:00 and 17:00 each day the School is open. There is no overtime, call out charges or limit on call outs, based on a fair usage agreement. Holidays and sickness are covered by staff that are familiar with the site. The key systems will be monitored 24 x 7 and any outages are to be fixed to ensure the system are operations during school opening hours. Smestow School Fully Managed IT Support Services.
