Solicitors Framework

Tender description

The London Borough of Southwark intends to procure a four year framework for legal services (solicitors services) to serve both its own departments, other interested London local authorities, their wholly owned companies, London fire services and London CCGs. It is anticipated that framework contracts will be awarded in July 2018. The total estimated value of the framework will be between £18 million to £25 million of which Southwark's spend is estimated at £9 million for the four year period. The council wishes to run a soft market testing exercise to assess potential interest in this framework from legal firms, and also seek their views to help inform both procurement documentation and the commissioning process.
