Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced companies/organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Supply of Catering Services to Educational Establishments. The Framework will commence on 1.10.2017 and will be for a period of four years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, complete and submit the Part A — Tender Questionnaire, Part B — Return Document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 on 12.9.2017. The Framework Agreement will establish a Panel of Vendors who will be invited to bid (via mini-competitions) for the provision of catering services to Educational Establishments such as but not limited to free schools and local authority maintained schools, pre-schools, post 16 colleges, higher education institutions, independent schools (schools that are independent in their finances and governance, they are not dependent upon national or local government), children's centres and any other types of schools in South West (England) and South East (England). Mini-competitions will be carried out to award contracts for specific sites. The contracts will be for an initial period of 4 years with the option to extend to a maximum of seven years. The annual turnover for individual Contracts is likely to range between 25 000 GBP and 350 000 GBP.
