Tender description
UCD is awarding a licence agreement to provide physiotherapy services to UCD. It should be noted that this competition does not fall under the EU Procurement Directive nor is it subject to the Concession Contracts Directive (Directive 2014/23/EU): notwithstanding this the Contracting Authority will uphold the highest standards of transparency and objectivity in establishing and operating this licence.
