Tender description

IOM aims to reduce the risk of individuals re-offending and includes addressing drug and alcohol dependency of certain Service Users. Research has shown that the best way to do this is to adopt a holistic approach that targets support services around the 7 pathways outlined by the National Offender Management Service (NOMS). The 7 pathways are comprised of the following areas: — Education, training and employment support services, — Accommodation and support services, — Health support services, — Drugs and alcohol support services, — Finance and benefits support services, — Children and families support services, — And attitudes, thinking and behaviour support services. An Open Procedure was followed to tender for the services required. IOM aims to reduce the risk of individuals re-offending and includes addressing drug and alcohol dependency of certain Service Users. The Contract will commence on 1.4.2017 and will be for a period of 4 years.
