Tender description

Sir John Mason House is a purpose built intermediate care unit, provided by North Lincolnshire Council which is CQC registered, offering a period of intensive, therapy led rehabilitation for up to 30 patients either following illness or to prevent further deterioration which may require hospitalisation. Patients receiving care within Sir John Mason House are entitled to Primary Care support throughout their stay. These patients will receive Primary Care support from a contracted provider in that unit as part of this contract. The provider will therefore provide core primary medical care services to inpatients of the facility (in line with GMS contract requirements). The contract will be let for 12 months, with the option to extend by up to 12 months.
