Warrington Borough Council is exploring options to deliver a ropes course at its premier municipal tourist attraction, the Walton Hall & Gardens Estate. This market testing exercise will help to inform us of: - The capability of operators to deliver our requirements, principally a high quality attraction that forms a key revenue stream for the estate - The potential level of interest in bidding for a long-term lease for the purpose outlined in the attached document. The information obtained from this Market Testing Questionnaire (MTQ) will be used to inform our approach to the procurement process.
