Market Engagement Revenue and Benefits System within East Northamptonshire and Borough Council of Wellingborough

East Northamptonshire Council (ENC) and the Borough Council of Wellingborough (BCW) are seeking to consolidate their current Revenue and Benefits systems, following a strategic decision to combine the Revenue and Benefits Service across the two Councils. To assist the development of a technical solution and business case for this requirement, ENC & BCW are conducting a market engagement exercise. Details of the overall requirement appear in the attached market engagement document. Interested parties are invited to submit their response to these outline requirements by completing the document as indicated and returning it to Alison Curtis acurtis@east-northamptonshire.gov.uk by no later than 5pm Friday 25th August 2017. Please note, the original deadline for responses period has been extended by a week. The deadline for questions about this exercise is 5pm Friday 18th August 2017. This is a market engagement exercise and not a tender for services. Providing information in response to this exercise does not confer any advantage or disadvantage on an organisation who subsequently chooses to participate in a procurement for comparable services or supplies conducted by or on behalf of East Northamptonshire District Council or the Borough Council of Wellingborough .
