Tender description

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract for the provision of a penalty charge notice (PCN) processing IT service. As part of the preparation Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) is running a Market Engagement on behalf of DfI, and are inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers who may have an interest in this project to complete the attached questionnaire at Appendix A to assist DfI gain a better understanding of the feasibility of their requirements, the most appropriate approach, the capacity of the market to deliver and any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. Detailed and lengthy submissions are not necessary at this stage. Any information provided in response to this Market Engagement exercise marked as commercially sensitive will be treated as such. The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract for the provision of a penalty charge notice (PCN) processing IT service. Information gathered will be used in the development of a business case on the most suitable approach to meeting the operational and management needs of DfI.
