Invitation to tender for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the supply on lease hire with maintenance of small electric panel van vehicles

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a single party framework agreement for 12 months for the supply on lease hire with maintenance for five years of 12 small electic panel vans. Tenders will be evaluated on foot of the initial open competition to form a single party framework agreement between Dublin City Council and the successful tenderer. Contracts for the initial requirements will be awarded on foot of this competition. Later, if requirements arise for additional vehicles, orders will be placed with the single party framework member provided the vehicles are supplied at the original price quoted in the form of tender.
