Tender description
The council is seeking quotes from suitably qualified organisations in the area of quantity surveying to deliver the service. As a minimum we require the delivery team to include at least one RICS Chartered quantity surveyor at a senior level. The existing contracts for Building maintenance / capital works and cleaning to HC properties is coming to an end and needs to be retendered in October 2018. Therefore the existing documentation last issued in 2013 needs to be updated. At the same time the opportunity to be able to move from a traditional contractor roles to a broader outcome specification will be taken. The first document "0 Bidders invitation to quote and spec.." is the document you should complete and submit if you wish to quote, all other documents are for information only.
