Tender description

LUPC along with the other University Purchasing Consortia, APUC, HEPCW, NEUPC, NWUPC and SUPC are planning on tendering a framework for Outsourced Catering Services for their Members in October 2017. The Members are predominantly Higher Education Institutions and Further Education Colleges, but in the case of LUPC also include not-for-profit, public and third-sector organisations from sectors in the arts, sciences and education. This will be the first Outsourced Catering Services Framework run by the University Purchasing Consortia. We are looking to carry out some pre-market engagement by means of a brief questionnaire and would like feedback from suppliers either currently working in the sector, or who would like to work in the sector, to help shape the framework.
