Tender description

The service procured from Lexis is to the Lexis Library database, including the Halsbury's Laws library and links to Halsbury's statutes and SIs as amended, to cases, which include ICLR, All England and more niche reports such as Family Law Reports and Law Times, and to specialist products such as Atkins Court Forms. Print subscriptions to some of these titles are also included. These services are accessible by Parliamentary network users across both Houses. The key reason for this negotiated procedure was this subscription provides access to many publications that are unique to the supplier, such as Halsbury content, Atkins, Macdonald's Immigration Law and Practice, Miller on Product Liability, Pensions World and Redgrave's Health and Safety. The procedure was carried out in line with Regulation 32(2)b.
