Tender description
Crown Commercial Service as the Authority awarded a Framework Agreement for the supply of National fuels and associated products and services to central government organisations and the wider public sector across the UK, including Northern Ireland. The duration of the Framework Agreement is for a two (2) year period with an option to extend by one (1) year plus one (1) further year period(s). The Framework agreement consists of five (5) Lots: Lot Group 1 — Liquid Fuel, Lot 2 — Liquefied Gas, Lot 3 — Solid Fuel and Biomass Fuel, Lot 4 — Greases, Lubricants and Antifreeze, Lot 5 — Associated Products and Services. This Lot group consists of 14 regional Lots (101 to 114) The Supplier in Lot group 1 shall provide Gas Oil A2, Kerosene and Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD) as a minimum in any of the regional lots they have tendered for. The Supplier shall supply liquid fuels for heating, automotive, marine and aviation purposes to Contracting Bodies throughout the Framework Agreement and any Call Off Contracts. The Supplier shall supply liquefied gasses to various Contracting Bodies across the UK throughout the Framework Agreement and any Call Off Contracts. The Supplier shall supply and deliver solid fuel and biomass fuel products to various Contracting Bodies across the UK throughout the Framework Agreement and any Call Off Contracts. The Supplier shall provide the supply, packaging and delivery of Lubricants, Greases, and Antifreeze and associated products in all areas of the UK to Contracting Bodies throughout the Framework Agreement and any Call Off Contracts. The Supplier shall supply and deliver all types of products and additional services directly associated to the products to be delivered under Lots 1-4 under this Framework agreement to various Contracting Bodies across the whole of the UK throughout the Framework Agreement and any Call Off Contracts.
