The intention of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market that St. Mungo's Community Housing Association (St. Mungo's) plans to engage in a market testing exercise in order to further develop and inform it's understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ensure that the process being undertaken and the options ultimately developed for any subsequent procurement are properly informed.
