Tender description

BEIS seeks to award a contract to Energy Savings Trust to continue providing the Energy Savings Advice Service ('ESAS'). ESAS represents the primary source of independent information for many consumers on reducing energy usage to save money on bills and filling knowledge gaps. BEIS is developing a replacement solution through the Government Digital Service. We require a continuation of ESAS whilst a digital solution is developed; with likely go-live in March 2018. ESAS is an important entry point for those seeking advice regarding the Energy Company Obligation ('ECO'), particularly concerning affordable warmth, the Renewable Heat Incentive ('RHI') and the Green Deal.
