Energy Procurement Services Framework (Stockport Homes)

Tender description

This Invitation to tender (ITT) is issued to establish an electricity and gas procurement framework. The contracting authority for this tender is Stockport Homes Limited. The tender process and resulting framework agreement including all call-off contracts is managed by Inenco. The framework is available for use by all contracting authorities as defined by Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102. This ITT and supporting documentation is designed to ensure that all Tenderers are given equal and fair consideration in tendering. This ITT also sets out the tendering conditions. By participating in the tender process you confirm acceptance of these conditions of tendering. At its discretion, Inenco may either waive or insist on strict compliance with any requirement set out in this ITT. The procurement framework agreements are to be for four years in duration from commencement date of 1st December 2017. Call-off contracts will be awarded by contracting authorities in accordance with the rules as defined by Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102. Call-off contracts will be awarded on a direct award basis only. The form of contract to be used for call-off contracts will be the supplier's standard terms & conditions, subject to any agreed changes following clarifications raised by the client as part of this tender process.
