DUD - Provision of New Level Access Shower Installations and Refurbishment Works

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council invites tenders for the provision of new level access shower installations and refurbishment works together with all associated works to council owned, privately owned, privately rented and housing association owned properties within the borough of Dudley. It would not be appropriate to split this Contract into lots, as this will not provide the council with any advantage in terms of economies of scale. In general, work requirements are to comprise of the following areas: Design service for the provision of existing and proposed bathroom layouts Provision of asbestos testing and removal of asbestos Stripping out of existing bathrooms Provision of level access shower including under floor shower tray, slip resistant flooring and care shower Management of work programme
