Tender description
The works consist of multi element planned maintenance works to 35 Apartments and common areas at Legion Court Banbidge. The scope of the works to include replacement of kitchens, replacement of external entrance doors to individual apartments and scheme entrances, refurbishment and or construction of external path, ramp access and parking facilities, refurbishment and conversion of conservatory, Internal redecoration and mechanical work to heating and gate valves. The works period is anticipated to 16 weeks.
