Tender description

We are seeking the services of an experienced and professional travel company to assist in managing our travel and accommodation requirements. Currently, most localised travel and accommodation is booked online by a team of highly capable in house administrative staff. We anticipate that routine travel and accommodation will still be handled this way. For travel of a more complex nature - this will include short notice, long distance destinations, multiple destinations or and ticket on departure journeys - we are seeking the services of an experienced and professional travel company to assist in managing our requirements, we expect enquiries to be answered within a maximum of two hour response time. Attached as Appendix 2 is a summary extract from of CPI's Travel policy
