Tender description
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is capital funding the refurbishment of the changing village at Hatfield Swim Centre, managed by its leisure provider, Finesse Leisure Partnerships. The procurement is being conducted on a fixed budget of £150,000. Any bid which is above this budget will not be considered. The Council is looking to maximise the quality and extent of the works and is not actively seeking to make financial savings.
