Tender description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is proposing to invest in a new Civic Centre, 1,200 seat theatre and underground car park. We would like help to positively communicate our proposal to local residents and to encourage supporters to share their views. PLEASE NOTE: Expressions of interest will close 12:00 (noon) 10th August 2017. No extension will be granted beyond this time for expressions of interest.
