Superfast Essex Broadband Phase 4

Tender description

Essex County Council (ECC) is intending to put in place a framework agreement with a range of suppliers, under which individual call-off contracts will be awarded for the delivery of Phase 4 of the Superfast Essex broadband programme. In order to help shape the framework and inform the next steps to achieve its objectives, ECC is inviting suppliers to provide a response to the questions set out in a Request For Information document (RFI).
