Tender description
Sefton Council require a care and support package for a young male Aged 14 to commence as soon as possible. Initially the Package will need to be over 6 days per from 2/10 pm there will need to be two workers The hours will be 8 hours per day 2/1/support for the 6 weeks period initially once we have completed the summer holidays we will need to re look at the package alongside completed assessment and look at what is needed to continue to support this young man to live in the community safely.
