Tender description

The Council would like to invite Tenderers to submit a tender response on the terms set out in the Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) for selection of a single or multiple Contractors to provide a Library Management System and a Library Computer Booking System on a non-exclusive basis as called off additional functionality that maybe required. The Tender is divided into 2 Lots —Lot 1 Library Management System —Lot 2 Library Computer Booking System Suppliers tendering for more than one Lot under this Contract should be aware that success (or otherwise) in one Lot will not necessarily mean success (or otherwise) in other Lots, as each Lot will be evaluated in isolation. The Council reserves the right to award each Lot to separate providers and all successful suppliers will need to be prepared to address cross Lot compatibility issues. Provision of a Library Management System to include but not limited to Bibliographical Database management, OPAC and end user services, Circulation control, Acquisitions, Document delivery and inter library loans, Management information. Provision of a Library Computer Booking System to include but not limited to;Self Service Portal, User functionality, Back Office functionality, Management information.
