Tender description

This is a market information exercise and may not necessarily lead to any future procurement process. In the event that it did proceed, it is not yet certain which procurement route would be followed. Hampshire County Council is carrying out a Market Engagement exercise to benchmark the supply chain covering the following laboratory services and Supplies. Section 1. Professional Laboratory Services: Including site testing, Laboratory testing and professional advice connected to the Laboratory core business. Section 2. Purchase and Calibration of Laboratory equipment: Including specific items such as balances, thermometers, hand tools and heavy machinery including coring barrels and re-tipping. Section 3. Laboratory Consumables: Including marker paint, PAK markers, triple walled paper sacks, high density plastic bags. Our Highways Laboratory, based at Micheldever, has been providing on-site and lab-based conformance testing for highway and construction materials for over 50 years. Registration and completion of this questionnaire does not constitute an expression of interest in any tender as it is not a PQQ. Responses will not be used to evaluate your company, create a short-list or guarantee inclusion or exclusion in any resulting tender exercise. This exercise is to obtain feedback to inform any potential future tender process only, which will require further registration and appropriate assessment.
