Tender description

The Project is for the provision of Custody Suite Communication Systems Maintenance. The contract will encompass the full responsibility for the Maintenance Services in connection with the Genesys Custody Suite Communication Security Systems Planned and Reactive Maintenance throughout the PSNI estate and will cover 2 distinct areas of responsibility: — The contract will encompass planned preventative maintenance (PPM) servicing of Custody Suite Communication Security Systems at predetermined frequencies. The requirement to react to customer requests for resolution of defects and faults (RM) in the Custody Suite Communication Security Systems within specified timescales. In summary the Custody Suite Communication Security Systems will encompass the planned and reactive maintenance of all existing custody communication and security systems currently at 10 locations across the estate.
