Tender description

The Contracting Authorities are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and accredited organisations to a multi-lot framework agreement for the provision of recruitment and agency staff services. The services required are likely to include both the provision of temporary staff on both a short and medium term basis as well as support to source suitable candidates for permanent positions. It is intended that the Framework will be divided into nine (9) Lots based around the key technical specialisms that exist within the Contracting Authorities organisational structures and existing personnel. Provision of Recruitment and Temporary Workers in respect of General Staff requirements. Provision of Recruitment and Temporary Workers in respect of Property — Office personnel requirements. Provision of Recruitment and Temporary Workers in respect of Finance personnel requirements. Provision of Recruitment and Temporary Workers in respect of Property — Trades personnel requirements. Provision of Recruitment and Temporary Workers in respect of IT Operations and Development personnel requirements. Provision of Recruitment and Temporary Workers in respect of Housing personnel requirements. Provision of Recruitment and Temporary Workers in respect of Human Resources and Leading and Development personnel requirements. Provision of Recruitment and Temporary Workers in respect of Catering personnel requirements. Provision of Recruitment and Temporary Workers in respect of other specialist personnel requirements.
