Sunderland City Council on behalf of the Tyne & Wear Care Alliance and the Family, Adult and Community Learning service areas, invites you to bid for the following quotation: The purchase and installation of a Management Information System for Tyne & Wear Care Alliance and the Family, Adult and Community Learning service area. Sunderland City Council receives external funding which is used to deliver skills and training courses to young people and adults. This operation requires the use of a Learner Management System (LMS) to support all aspects of learner data and to report performance against contract to the funders. The Council intends to procure a new system to improve its ability to record and analyse learner data and produce high quality management information. The system will be used by staff working within the Tyne and Wear Care Alliance team and the Family, Adult and Community Learning team, both of whom sit within Sunderland Council’s People Directorate. The system will be primarily used to manage the Council’s Education and Skills Funding Agency contract. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for a further year.
