Tender description
The Blackpool Early Years Speech, Language and Communication (SLC) vision aims to promote positive outcomes for young children and families by ensuring that all children have every opportunity to become confident and skillful communicators. It is a plan that empowers parents, and all other adults who nurture and educate children in Blackpool.
