Tender description

An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Framework Agreement for the provision of Media Buying services for a period of 3 (three) years with an option to extend for a further 2(two) years. Scope of work: • Strategic media planning • Implementation of media planning • Media negotiation • Media buying across all media • Post campaign analysis • Analysis of industry and bespoke research • Analysis of sales data for the purposes of informing planning and strategy • Implementation and analysis of social listening to inform planning and strategy • Analysis and negotiation of sponsorships • Administration and vouching of invoicing • Planning and buying for digital advertising including web, pay per click search and social media • Management of and planning for social media content and promotions • Access to syndicated research to which the agency subscribes • Value pool Note: The successful bidder resulting from this tender process will be required to participate in Media Audit processes.
