Tender description

The Authority has a requirement for an integrated Human Resources Information System “HRIS” to replace existing systems and modernise Human Resource processes, including Automation and Employee self-service where appropriate. The proposed HRIS should provide all, or most, of the functionality defined in the tender documents. Functionality may be provided in a single, out-of-the-box system or may be deployed in a modular fashion.
