Professional / Design Services Consultant for 52a-54 Beverley Road (Brunswick Arcade)

Tender description

The key aim of this work is to establish the options for demolishing and re-instating 52a-54 Beverley Road, to ensure that the other properties in Brunswick Arcade are protected. The work should also outline the estimated costs for completing the different options and estimated end-values for the rental and resale values of the units and/or vacant site after completion. The commission will be in two parts. The second stage will only be instructed subject to all funding and internal approvals being in place. Part 1 Provide design/project management services to RIBA 3 (Development stage). Based on previous work to RIBA 1, this element will be procured as the HLF Second Round Application development stage from RIBA Stage 2 to 3 where the successful bidder will work with the Council to design and provide assistance to HCC project team on this project. PART 2 is reliant on successful completion of PART 1 and availability of funding. Part 2 Subject to the confirmation of additional funding, the successful bidder will be retained to provide Design & Project Management Consultancy services for the second part of the commission.
