Tender description

This tender is for the management of the hybrid printing and postal services on behalf of East Staffordshire Borough Council, incorporating our Revenues and Benefits and Election team requirements. East Staffordshire Borough Council is inviting tenders for the appointment of a Supplier to provide printing and mailing services for Revenues and Benefits over the forthcoming three years (2018 — 2020). The proposed Contract(s) is for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) 12 month periods. This will include production of: —Daily Council Tax bills and adjustment notices. —Monthly Council Tax Recovery notices. —Annual Council Tax bills. —Daily Business Rates bills and adjustment notices. —Monthly Business Rates Recovery notices. —Annual Business Rates bills. —Daily Housing Benefits notifications. —Daily Housing Benefit overpayment invoices. —Monthly Housing Benefit overpayment recovery notices. —Annual Housing Benefit notifications. —Daily Council Tax Reduction notifications. —Annual Council Tax Reduction notifications. —Daily adhoc letters issued to taxpayers and claimants in relation to their Council Tax accounts, Business Rates accounts and Benefit/Reduction claims. East Staffordshire Borough Council is inviting tenders for the appointment of a Supplier to provide printing and mailing services for canvasses and elections over the forthcoming 3 years (2018 — 2020). The proposed Contract(s) is for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) 12 month periods. This will include production of: —Household Enquiry Forms (HEFs). —Individual Electoral Registration Forms (IERs). —Associated Reminder Forms for HEFs and IERs. —Ballot Papers. —Poll Cards. —Postal Voting Packs.
