The purpose of the notice is to invite any interested parties to express an interest to participate in dialogue regarding the future requirement of family services that provide intensive wrap around support and intervention to children and young people on the edge of care in a bid to help them remain at home with their families and divert them from becoming Looked After Children - This may include young people who have no prior experience of being in care as well as those who have been in care in the past and for whom reunification attempts have failed.
