Summary of the work Contractor / service provider supervision. Resolution of GFX & logistics requirements. Planning / scheduling. Risk Management. Issues and dependencies management. Site engagement throughout project lifecycle. Progress tracking. Resolution of emerging issues. Interface with SME’s technical, test etc. Interface with commercial and financial departments. What Specialists Work On Fixed voice telephony upgrades Skills & Experience • Project Work Package Management (40%) • Schedule Management (25%) • Risk Management (25%) Nice to Haves Recognised project management qualifications (e.g. PMP, APMP, Prince 2) 10% Work Location ISS, Building 405, Spur E2, Westwells Road, MOD Corsham, SN13 9NR Working Arrangments All tasking will take place from MoD Corsham and you are required there 5 days a week, the working day is 8 hours to include 30 minutes for lunch. Visits may be required to other locations. Overnight visits will only be permitted if permission is sought in advance, T&S will be paid in accordance with MoD Civilian Policy. All resources will be provided and access to the organisation's IT system; no personal or company laptops will be permitted on site. No other expenses will be paid. Security Clearance SC Clearance must be in place prior to the contract starting due to the projects worked on. SC status must be valid for the duration of the contract. DV Clearance is also acceptable. BPSS or Disclosure Scotland is not acceptable and the Authority will NOT sponsor SC Clearance. Additional T&Cs Intermediaries legislation applies to this assignment (Inside IR35), take this into account when choosing your candidate and ensure they are aware at the outset.
