Tender description

Ipswich Borough Council (Contracting Authority) are currently out to tender for the provision of the regeneration of the Cornhill in Ipswich. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to choose at time of evaluation which Option will be progressed/awarded - Option 1 being The Cornhill (only), Option 2 being The Cornhill and Princes Street and the Lloyds Arch/Debenhams colonnade in Ipswich. The Contracting Authority's decision at the time being on the necessary secured funding arrangement being in place or anticipated as being in place prior to the award of Contract. This opportunity is available in the `Current Tenders` area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the Selection Questionnaire is Monday 4th September 2017 at 12 noon. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted. Please note this opportunity is a two stage tender. The deadline for clarification questions is Tuesday 22nd August 2017 at 4pm which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website.
