Tender description

Procurement of a main contractor to carry out the following works:Refurbishment and reconfiguration (including significant and complex demolition works) of existing retail and circulation areas to allow the introduction of new retail/leisure areas, introducing/increasing the size of existing roof lights and all associated external works (hard and soft landscaping), utilities works etc. It is envisaged that the works will be undertaken within defined zones and there will be areas where the works will be undertaken adjacent to trading retailers.
