Tender description

We are looking for an interim regulatory economics and policy advisor to help us with ensure that the PR19 methodology document and approach is robust, has a clear and strong strategic narrative and will deliver the four PR19 key themes of great customer service, resilience, affordable bills and innovation. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with work-streams leads across the Water 2020 programme to deliver a robust methodology. This will include setting out requirements for the methodology and appendices, reviewing and assessing work and making recommendations for improvements to policy and documentation
