This is an invitation to participate in a market research exercise by means of Technical Dialogue in relation to the provision of an operational risk management system solution for the Central Bank of Ireland (hereafter the ‘Bank’). This is an invitation to participate in a market research exercise by means of Technical Dialogue in relation to the provision of an operational risk management system solution for the Central Bank of Ireland (hereafter the ‘Bank’). The Bank wants to understand and assess options available in this area and get feedback from the market. It is anticipated that the solution may include the following core attributes: 1. Efficient and bespoke risk, control and incident registers to ensure full coverage of risks and incidents. 2. Integrated management of operational risks across the organisation, with customised access management for staff. 3. Automatic alerts for amendments to risk and incident registers; and notification of action due dates. 4. Ability to interrogate data; identify non compliance; and to produce bespoke reports dependent on user role profile rights. The purpose of this request is to establish the types of operational risk management solutions that are available to the Bank and the indicative costs of these solutions and approaches to their implementation. The Central Bank may cancel this technical dialogue at any time and respondents will bear their own costs in participating in this technical dialogue.
