Tower Hamlets CCGs intention is to procure a primary care psychological therapies service including a core IAPT. The model that Tower Hamlets CCG has developed will provide care for people with a range of mental health problems including: — Establishing a single point of access for primary care psychological therapies. — A core integrated IAPT service delivering a stepped care model and meeting national targets. — A non-IAPT pathway. NHS Tower Hamlets Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is hosting a market engagement event for prospective bidders for the provision of Primary Care Psychological Therapies services in Tower Hamlets. This event will provide interested organisations with an overview of the proposed new services, the CCGs requirements and desired outcomes. There will also be an overview of the procurement process and the opportunity to network with other providers. This event will take place from 10:00 –13:00 on the 23.8.2017 and will be held in a location in Tower Hamlets. We hope that this event will provide potential providers with an insight into the service NHS Tower Hamlets CCG intends to commission and give them an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification where necessary. It will also be an ideal opportunity for providers to express their thoughts on what an ideal service should provide and ideas on how these recommendations can be implemented and delivered. It is anticipated that the new service will commence in October 2018.The annual contract value is in the range of 2 060 000 — 3 440 000 GBP. The estimated total value over the possible contract lifecycle of 5 years is 10 300 000 — 17 200 000 GBP.
