Tender description

Expressions of interest are sought from Care Providers to work in collaboration with Health and Social Care to deliver a 24 hour support service to one individual with complex needs and challenging behaviour. The individual being supported will require 24 hour care including wakened night and sleepovers within a rural area. The individual will require access to education and their days need to be structured. The individual will require approximately 14 staff overall to allow for days off/absence etc. Staff require to have an understanding of: Attachment theory; Learning difficulties; Autism; Trauma. The individual is currently subject to a Compulsory Supervision Order with a condition of residence within secure care. The individual has had several placements throughout the years.
