Tender description

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) is seeking to continue effective evidence based Multi Systemic Therapy (MST) for some of the most challenging children and young people on the edge of care. Working with families, health, social care, education and youth justice this service will support delivery of outcomes such as families to stay together, maintain young people within their home, their involvement in education and reduce offending outcomes. CCC is contracting for: (a) 1 full MST Standard Team (35 cases p.a.), (b) Half the capacity of a full MST Problematic Sexualised Behaviour (PSB) Team (8 cases p.a.), (c) 1 further MST Standard Team — subject to agreement and not guaranteed. The estimated total value is between 1 920 000 GBP and 3 213 000 GBP. The contract will be for 3 years with no option to extend. Participation in the procedure was reserved to organisations pursuing a public service mission and fulfilling the conditions set in Article 77(2) of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.
