Tender description

Thames Water (TWUL) is seeking to procure a solution (s) for the supply of iron and aluminium salts. The chemicals are used for phosphate removal and as coagulants in the waste water treatment process and as well as algae and turbidity removal in the clean water process. Thames is seeking to procure supply solutions for six different chemicals across 6 different lots; Lot 1- ferrous sulphate, Lot 2- ferric sulphate, Lot 3- ferrous chloride, Lot 4- ferric chloride, Lot 5- poly-aluminium chloride 10 % and 18 %, Lot 6- aluminium ferric sulphate. The scope of this procurement is for the supply and delivery of ferrous sulphate to all necessary sites in the Thames Water region.
