Establishment of a SP FW for the provision of Print Management Services for the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland

Tender description

The PSI wishes to appoint a single Service Provider to a Framework Agreement for the provision of a secure, reliable, robust and cost effective managed Print Services (print, copying, scanning, faxing). This may involve the • re-distribution of existing machines throughout the organisation as and where appropriate. • Replacement (including supply, installation and commissioning) of MFDs. • Retention/Replacement/disposal of all single/shared function printing devices The solution must also provide for • Routine Servicing / Planned Maintenance of MFD’s and Printers. • On-site repair of MFDs and printers including parts and labour • Monitor, Management and Optimisation of print resources • Technical Support and Training • Supply and Management of all Consumables (excluding Paper) The framework agreement will have a maximum potential duration of 4 years.The initial contract awarded under the framework will be for a two year period. As part of the technical support and maintenance activities, the successful tenderer will also be required to liaise and work co-operatively with existing support personnel; and all other providers of services and systems to the PSI, to enable the PSI to deliver an optimum service to its customers.
