Tender description

The intention of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market that St. Mungo's Community Housing Association (St. Mungo's) plans to engage in a market testing exercise in order to further develop and inform it's understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ensure that the process being undertaken and the options ultimately developed for any subsequent procurement are properly informed. We are considering how to approach the future procurement and implementation of an ERP system through a market testing process based on the publication of this PIN. The areas of interest include: Case Management; CRM; Customer / Channel Management / Contact centre solutions; Asset Management; Repairs Management; Housing / Tenancy Management; Complaints / compliments Management; Performance Management and Document / Records Management We seek to consolidate our application portfolio across the organisation so we will be looking for enterprise class applications that can serve many of these areas. The organisations whose expressions of interest have been received by 17:00 on 20.9.2017 will be invited to attend a Supplier Day. The Supplier Day will be held at our London head office at 10:30 — 12:30 on Friday 29.9.2017.
